(a) Knowledge of Scouting in India and WOSM  (World Organisation of Scout Movement) The Boy Scout Movement began simply in a 50-year-old Major General of the Army named Lord Baden Powell set up an experimental camp for 20 boys on Brownsea Island in Poole Harbour, Southern England, in 1907, which served as the modest beginning of the Boy Scout Movement.
